Hello! I'm Kath.
I'm a Speech Pathologist and over the past 30 years I have had the opportunity to help hundreds of children to learn to talk.
I'd love to share what I've learned with you and to help you to feel more confident as you play and talk with your own children.
As a parent, you are one of your child's greatest teachers, and every time you play and interact with your child you are helping them to develop their communication skills.
💖 If you're interested in knowing about some of the best ways to help your child to develop their communication skills
💖 If you'd like to learn how to create an environment that supports your child to communicate
💖 If you're worried that your child isn't talking as well as other children their age and have no idea where to start
💖 Or maybe you're on a waitlist and you want some strategies to use while you're waiting
Then I'd like to invite you to join me to learn about 10 of the Key Strategies that you can use to help your child to become a more successful communicator.

These are 10 of my favourite strategies and I use them whenever I'm talking with little children because they help to develop their communication and interaction skills.
We know that children learn best in their everyday environment when they are playing and interacting with their family and friends. My program is specifically designed for busy parents and will show you how you can help your child to develop their communication skills every time you interact with them.
What Can Parents Do To Help?
The world is a new and exciting place for your child and they have so much to learn and experience. Whenever you are talking with your child you are helping them to learn more about their world.
We know that these early years are the most important for your child's brain and language development because they provide the foundation for your child's life-long learning.
And strong communication skills help to make this learning easier.

That's why I'd like to share these strategies with you.
These are 10 of the most powerful techniques that you can use to help your child to develop their communication skills.
And they will help you to make the most of each moment that you are talking with your child.

We all have so much to do in our day so one of the best things about these strategies is that you can use them throughout the day whenever you are with your child.
❤ You might be sitting down and playing with toys,
❤ looking at a book together,
❤ outside kicking a ball around
❤ or maybe visiting your local park.
These are all great times to use the strategies.

You can also use them throughout the day during everyday activities:
💙 when your child is having a bath,
💙 eating a meal,
💙 getting dressed
💙 or even when they're sitting in the trolley while you're doing your weekly shopping.
The strategies are easy to learn
and you can use them whenever your are with your child.
I'm a mum too so I know how busy you are balancing everything you need to get done in your day. That's why I've broken the strategies down into short bite-sized chunks that make it easy for you to learn, easy for you to remember and easy for you to implement.
I give you a clear set of steps to follow so that you can feel confident that you know how to use the strategies each time you talk and play with your child.

I know we all learn differently too, so once we've talked about each strategy then you'll get to see a video of me using that strategy.

I also give you handouts that you can print out and put on the fridge as a reminder.
You'll find the handouts useful when you share the strategies with the other important people in your child's world too. (The more people who use these strategies the better!)
I'd love for you to learn these strategies and to help you to create an environment that supports your children as they learn to communicate.
As well as helping to develop your child's communication skills, by spending this quality time together now, you will be developing a closer relationship and opening up the channels for strong communication throughout their lifetime.
Would You Like A Sneak Peek At One Of The Strategies?
Let Me Share One Of My Favourite Little Tips
My favourite tip is one that I use whenever I’m talking to a little child and it is to ...
"Watch Their Eyes"
Where are they looking?
And what are they looking at?
That's what they're interested in and what's captured their attention so that's what you should talk about.
"Watching Your Child's Eyes" is a lovely way to improve your connection and you can use it each time you play and interact with your child.
But there's so much more to share.
So come and join me and learn about each of my 10 favourite strategies.
Let me take you through each of the strategies, step by step, broken down into short, bite-sized modules that you can look at when you have a few spare minutes in your day.
To start with, we'll talk about ...
"How To Create An Ideal Learning Environment".
Then we get to my favourite bits ...
The 10 Key Strategies that you can use throughout the day
